Goldnes Property Management Ltd. Founded in 2018, is a commercial real estate investment and management company based in Toronto, Canada. Our two primary focuses are income/value-add opportunities and development projects.
We Managed a wide range of real estate projects, across all major asset classes in key urban areas. Our Deep Market Knowledge, Active Asset Management and Superior Execution Skills have led to significant value creation for our clients and partners.
